    Hooters Casino Hotel – Las Vegas, Nevada
    The Hooters Casino Hotel opened February 2006 following a $130 remodel of the San Remo Hotel. HCH features 696 rooms, 589 slots, 23 table games and 6 restaurants and bars, including the world’s largest Hooters Restaurant with revenues averaging over $10M per year. With 540 FTE’s, the Hooters Casino was named ‘Best Service’ 2007 by the Las Vegas Review Journal, ‘Best of Las Vegas’ awards.

    - Responsible for all casino and hotel operations.
    -Led the property through the worst of the recession by responding to reduced revenues through carefully planned 62% reduction of operating expenses.
    -In 2011, increased EBITDA by 2% over prerecession 2007.
    -Maintained high customer service scores as measured by 3rd party customer service rating vendors.

    Hollywood Casino Shreveport - Shreveport, Louisiana
    The Hollywood Casino Shreveport serves the Dallas, Texas market located in the highly competitive Shreveport/Bossier City area in northern Louisiana. The casino opened in December of 2000 with a 400 room hotel that features a buffet, coffee shop, fine dining restaurant, and show lounge to support a three deck barge of 60,000 gross square feet and 30,000 net square feet gaming space which includes 1,400 slots, 36 blackjack, 8 craps, 4 roulette, 16 specialty games and 7 poker tables.
    -Responsible for all casino and hotel operations.
    -In my first full year of operation (2002), improved EBITDA from negative $3,578,000 in 2001 to $17,905,000 in 2002 through smarter marketing and reduced payroll, food cost and other 
operational expenses, while maintaining year to year gaming revenue of approximately $145 million.
    -Improved customer service throughout the property with particular focus on slot jackpot response times where average weekly response times were reduced from 12 plus minutes to under 5 minutes year over year in a non-TITO environment.
    -Brought hotel annual occupancy up to 91% at the highest ADR in the market.
    -In addition to operational responsibility, was responsible for overall regulatory issues including administration of all policies and procedures.

    Regency Casino by Hyatt - Thessaloniki, Greece
    Located in the second largest city in Greece (pop. 700,000), the Regency Casino at 42,000 square feet was, at the time, the largest casino in Europe and caters primarily to the local market.
    -Improved the profitability of the Casino by 14.5% in first full year.
    -Improved revenues through introduction of innovative food and entertainment marketing programs designed to reach first time customers and stimulate repeat visits from existing customer base.
    -Carefully controlled marketing, food costs and other expenses to achieve record EBITDA for 1999 and 2000.

    -Responsible for the overall operation and profitability of the largest convention hotel and casino in the world.
    -Improved the profitability of the hotel operation by increasing occupancy over ten points to 92% occupancy and simultaneously increasing average daily rate by over $10 on an annual basis.
    -Re-established the property’s position in the International Premium Play with the construction and marketing of the world renowned Sky Villas ranging in size up to 16,000 square feet. Instituted butler service and other five star programs.
    -Created and designed the first totally Hollywood inspired entertainment casino and attraction in Las Vegas: Star Trek the Experience (operated for 11+ years) and the Space Quest Casino. Both of these innovative products were developed to reposition the property to attract the middle market to an off-strip location. Successfully repositioned five property restaurants to improve covers and profit.
    -Responsible for convention sales and marketing programs providing 400,000 group room nights to the occupancy base.

    Flamingo Hilton Laughlin - Laughlin, Nevada
    -Responsible for the operation and profitability of Hilton’s Largest built from the ground up hotel and casino.
    -Successfully built and operated the Hilton casino property targeted to the budget oriented gambler.
    -Developed all policies for the newly constructed property.
    -Guided the Flamingo to the highest ROI of any Hilton hotel property. Within the first year of operation, led the property to number one in the market in both hotel occupancy (93%) and casino revenues.
    -Established the Flamingo as a leader in innovative gaming, entertainment and food product in a highly competitive environment.
    -Successfully implemented a charter air program to increase the overall visitation from markets outside the traditional drive feeder markets.
    -Created a property run motor coach program for both overnight and day trippers to profitably bring slot players to the casino.
    -Through innovative marketing programs and product selection, established the Flamingo as the leader in slot revenue in the market.
